Mental Health Therapist- Nights/Weekends

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients to address their emotional and psychological needs.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on thorough assessments and diagnoses.
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques to promote healing and growth.
- Provide a safe and supportive environment for clients to express themselves openly.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care for each client.

Requirements:
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
- Valid Independent KY state license to practice as a Mental Health Therapist.
- Proven experience in conducting therapy sessions and facilitating emotional growth.
- Strong communication and empathetic listening skills.
- Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and approaches.

Part Time Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:

- Patient intake and scheduling

- Referral coordination

- Answering and returning calls and emails

- Upholding strict confidentiality and understanding of HIPAA regulations

- Providing excellent customer service

- Efficient time management

- Utilizing computer skills for administrative tasks

-Additional tasks as needed

Qualifications:

- Minimum 1+ year of previous experience, preferably in a medical or mental health office setting

- Strong integrity and commitment to confidentiality

- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations

- Exceptional customer service skills

- Effective time management abilities

- Proficiency in computer applications

Targeted Case Manager

Key Requirements:

- Educational Background: Candidates must possess a Bachelor of Arts or Science degree in a behavioral science. Alternatively, holding a CADC (Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor) credential is acceptable.

- Experience: Applicants should have at least one (1) year of full-time employment experience after completing their educational requirements in one of the following areas:

1. Working directly with adults in a human service setting; or

2. Working directly with individuals under the age of twenty-one (21) in a human service setting.

- Master's Degree Option: A Master's degree in a behavioral science may substitute for the one (1) year of full-time employment experience.

- Training Requirement: Successful completion of a department-approved targeted case management training is required within six (6) months of employment as a case manager.
